Ballet San Jose School adds New programs for very young children

For the first time in it’s 15-year history, Ballet San Jose School is offering a new Creative Movement class for 3 to 4 year old girls and boys!
This class allows students to explore the connection between music and movement, offering developmentally appropriate opportunities to gain balance, coordination, sequential and spatial learning, muscle tone and control, confidence, creative expression, rhythm, musicality, and pre-ballet basic forms. Most importantly, this class exposes young students at their creative open-minded (and energetic) age to the joy of moving to music! Under the direction of BSJS School Director Lise la Cour, and instructed by BSJS faculty member Ms. Elizabeth Hutter, students will learn in a fun, supportive, and attentively nurturing atmosphere. Class size is limited, so please contact the School Registrar for additional information or to enroll at (408) 288-2020 x223 or registrar@balletsj.org.

Saturdays, 9:00 – 9:45 a.m.

Tuition: $400 per semester

Requirements: Students must turn three years old by September 11, 2010
